How do you simplify your business and achieve supernatural results while staying true to your values?
Today, I am collaborating with Judy Weber who is a business coach, mentor and scaling strategist, and she’s sharing the importance of embracing one’s identity in Christ and operating with calm, confidence and certainty.
As well as her concept that a faith-fueled business model that encourages women to align their business practices with their spiritual values so that they can experience transformative growth.
The power of faith-fueled business operations
Judy shares that God gave her this mantra – Faith-based is full of hope, but faith-fueled is the miraculous realized.
So, you’re not just grounded on your faith but your faith fuels your thoughts. It fuels your words, how you show up and it fuels your actions.
One of the things she sees with Christian women is that we’re told to be humble, be quiet, don’t ruffle feathers, and we tend to be people pleasers.
But in Christ, we are bold, and we’re meant to be bold.
Stay with God, nothing is impossible.
When you look at your aggressive goals, are you saying, yes, God, you dropped this in my spirit. Let’s go.
Or are you feeling guilty about selfish ambition, which, by the way, that’s not selfish ambition. That’s living into your purpose.
So, the way this relates to sales is sales is really about you being solid.
You know who you are in Christ, which is that bold person who was made to deliver a message that no one else can deliver.
And you have to be courageous in communicating clearly but firmly and without apology.
Finding simplicity amidst business complexity for scaling your business
You always hear from the gurus that you need, like, 15 offers. You need this big portfolio of things to sell.
But you need to step back and this who is your person? Who is your dream client?
It’s only one.
So, for anyone that doesn’t get how that decision of your best client, simplifies scaling your business it’s because you know that person’s problems intimately.
And so, this idea of simplicity is why don’t you throw away convention?
Why don’t you forget what these 8-figures, nine-figure gurus are telling you to do when you’re at 6-figures or even 7-figures?
Why don’t we simplify it and choose to do things God’s way and do it with simplicity?
And as I like to say a confused mind says no when we feel overwhelmed.
Our human brain wants to give them more options.
Today, everybody’s just too busy, too much going at them, and they want they want to know, is she for me, or is she not for me?
And so, we’ve had to make it so clear as to this is the perfect person for this, and this is the perfect person for that.
Leveraged lead generation: making each lead count
Judy notes as she talks with clients and prospects, the number one problem they have is that they need more leads.
So, you must have a leveraged visibility lead gen strategy.
You don’t have to be on all the social platforms doing all the things.
Social is optional when you tap into leveraged marketing, and that’s another example of simplicity.
It not only simplifies your life and give you hours back in a week and even a day, but it’s also going to fill your pipeline with higher quality people when you do it right.
And you can’t you can’t ignore the simple fact that if you don’t pull people off of social media or off of a podcast and get them on your email list then good luck. Right?
Because what’s happening is social is becoming a total pay to play. Only 1-to-3% of your people are going to see anything that you put out there, and some things only last for twenty-four hours.
So, this, getting on people’s podcasts, is one example of leveraged visibility.
If you maximize your performance on these different podcasts – getting seen, getting heard, being bold again in the delivery of your message, and then repurposing all that good. That becomes your body of work that does not have to live on social.
It makes you it makes you findable for scaling your business so you don’t have to be chasing leads and clients.
You just show up where they already are.
Rejecting the salesy persona and embracing authentic sales approaches for scaling your business
There are some entrepreneurs that are in it for the money.
But Judy shares that the clients she has want to be well compensated because they left corporate jobs with salaries.
And they’ve learned a lot of things along the way. They have a lot of value to offer.
You can’t hold back because if you do, not only will you suffer because you’re not fulfilling what you were intended to do by God, but the people that the Lord God set apart for you to serve, will never find you.
Just because you don’t want to be in somebody’s face because you think that that’s being rude or bothering them.
You know who’s telling you that? The enemy.
Because he sees how powerful you are.
And so, when he sees us stepping out in faith, he throws up that ridiculous thing about, oh, I’m being too salesy.
Confronting and overcoming imposter syndrome
And imposter syndrome.
That is such a lie.
Judy shares the Lord told her, who you are is who God sees you as.
So, what she’s saying is we often don’t see ourselves as God sees us because we are our own worst critic.
So, then when we step into our bold self, we feel like we’re imposters when really that’s who we are.
It’s just that the enemies twisted our minds to think, uh-uh. No. That’s not what a good Christian does.
A good Christian girl sits back. She’s quiet, and she’s humble, and she doesn’t charge people.
So, it’s that whole idea of imposter syndrome is not you and you have to try to be like somebody else. No.
Let yourself be you. And wow, it it’s just so freeing.
It’s hard to express just how freeing that is to really just lean in on who you are, who God wants you to be.
Key differences between a high converting sales approach and one that feels forced and transactional
You have to be solid so that you come to that call excited to get to know this person and truly connect at a deep level, and you’re not attached to the outcome.
In other words, no matter what they say, it doesn’t throw you.
So, it begins with you grounding yourself.
Sales are noble.
We offer life transformation in some form or fashion. And that life transformation or business transformation, which also impacts your life, has generational impact.
And so, when we’re doing serious business, this stuff really matters.
So, we come in our bold self to power in the most positive way, and we expect the prospects.
Our best clients are also coming to the call in power.
They know what they want. They know what they’re ready for.
And then if it’s a meeting, great. And if not, you’ve made a great connection that maybe one day they will be.
So, one more practical thing Judy suggests is that her clients put things in the doctor frame.
And that means – picture yourself going to a doctor. She has her white coat on, and you step in. You’re not feeling well, and you need an answer.
So, isn’t it comforting when that doctor knows the questions ahead of time just instinctively and she knows where to go deeper and where to move on?
Doesn’t that give you comfort?
And doesn’t it make doesn’t that feel good to be led by that leader?
Everybody wants leaders.
Then when the time comes to diagnose, she confidently sits back and says, I know exactly what’s going on and here’s what we’re going to do about it.
That’s really the flow of a sales call.
Scaling your business doesn’t have to be overwhelming, complicated, or out of alignment with your values. As Judy so powerfully shared, when you simplify, embrace faith-fueled strategies, and boldly step into your God-given purpose, growth becomes inevitable.
Whether it’s refining your offers, leveraging authentic sales, or focusing on high-impact lead generation, the key is clarity, confidence, and consistency.
You don’t need to follow every trend or overcomplicate the process, trust that doing business God’s way will open the right doors. So, take a step back, lean into faith, and move forward with boldness, knowing that your success is already written.
